Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Our goal is to offer quality personalized items and gifts that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Before any item ships it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship or an error in personalization that differs from what you asked for in your order.   If your order meets any of these criteria,  you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for an exchange or full refund. 
All returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt.  If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain a week of approval. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@platesforkids.com 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
